Encompass provides telehealth mental health and wellness services for adults throughout Texas. Please review the information below before submitting your request.

Encompass may be a good fit if you:

• Are 18+ and located in Texas

• Are seeking telehealth care for mental health, sleep, hormonal health, weight management, or wellness concerns

• Are ready to make changes in areas such as nutrition, lifestyle, and activity level

• Have an insurance plan we currently accept or plan to self-pay

Please know:

• Encompass does not prescribe stimulant medications.

• Other controlled medications (examples include: Xanax, Valium, Phentermine) are prescribed only when clinically appropriate. Refills of a current controlled medication are not guaranteed.

• We do not provide emergency/crisis care, treatment for severe or unstable psychiatric conditions requiring a higher level of care, or primary substance-use treatment.

• We do not provide step-down care for individuals discharged from a psychiatric hospitalization program within the past 60 days.

• We are unable to accept individuals recently discharged from a correctional facility who require transitional or re-entry psychiatric care.

• We do not provide forensic evaluations or services for legal or criminal proceedings.
